Hi all,
It was a great start to the game, with a superbly taken goal from Ava Ruby — a fantastic strike into the top corner from around 10 yards. A well‑deserved moment of quality, and Ava was a worthy winner of Parents’ Player of the Match today.

Unfortunately, we then came unstuck as KPR scored three goals in quick succession, which knocked the wind out of our sails for a period.
That said, the effort never dropped. We created chances, had a good number of shots, and forced several goal‑line clearances — all so close to getting us back into the game.

Well done to Paloma for picking up both Opposition Player and Coach’s Player of the Match. A standout performance full of tenacious tackling, some excellent mazy runs, and she again went very close to getting her name on the scoresheet.

A special thank you to Flo, P, and Paige for sharing the goalkeeping duties — it’s hugely appreciated.
